🙏 DANGEROUS PRAYERS | FALL 2026

Men, what would happen if we stopped simply talking about prayer and actually became men who pray by faith?

This fall, Men of Action is coming together for Dangerous Prayers, a five-session Bible study built around Scripture, honest conversation, and praying together.

We’re going to dig into God’s Word, challenge one another, pray for one another, and learn what it looks like to develop a deeper and more intentional prayer life.

You don’t have to be great at praying.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
Just come ready to grow.

Even if you can’t make every session, we’d still love to have you around the table.

💲 $25, but don’t let the cost keep you from coming.

This fall, we’re going through DANGEROUS PRAYERS, a five-session Bible study focused on strengthening our walk with God and growing together as men.

Whether prayer has been part of your life for years or you’re looking to strengthen that area of your walk with God, we’d love to have you join us.

A few weeks late posting these, but we had a great time at our July Men of Action dinner at Country Burger.

Good fellowship, a meaningful time of prayer, and plenty of conversation around the tables. The burgers were perfectly greasy, the fries were excellently seasoned, and it was just a good night connecting with one another.

Tonight’s Men of Action leadership team meeting:

Discussed ministry.

Prayed for our church.

Made plans for the future.

Destroyed some Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches.

Not a bad night.

Grateful for what the Lord is doing through the Men of Action men’s ministry at Lavon Drive Baptist Church and excited for what is ahead.
