Scripture: Jonah 3:10 – 4:11 & Matthew 20:1-16
Message: Life is not fair to human standards. God is fair to all of us. What is fair for myself may not be fair for you. It doesn’t matter when you come to the Lord, early in life or later in life. We all will receive what is fair in God’s eyes. The thief on the cross received grace and mercy just as someone that came to the Lord years ago. We cannot worry about what one receives from the Lord. We need only to worry about ourself. God will grant you what you need.

Sometime one party doesn’t think they did anything wrong. Forgive them and move on. There will be healing in your heart. This walk will also draw you closer to Christ. Don’t be a door mat, that is not what God is asking you to do. He is asking to live a life of forgiveness and grace to all.

Scripture: Romans 12:9-21 & Matthew 18:15-20
Message: We are to love like God first loved us. There are 5 things Paul taught us in this Scripture:
1. Sincere Love: Paul starts by stating that love must be real, not fake. Believers must hate what is evil and hold tightly to what is good.
2. Community Life: Christians should show honor to others, stay enthusiastic in their service to God, rejoice with happy people, and weep with those who are sad.
3. Humility and Harmony: People are told not to be proud. We should live in peace with everyone and be willing to associate with people of low status.
4. Handling Enemies: Instead of taking revenge when hurt, believers are told to bless their enemies, feed them if they are hungry, and give them water if they are thirsty.
5. Overcoming Evil: The passage ends with a powerful summary command: do not let evil defeat you, but defeat evil by doing good.

Scripture: Scripture: Jeremiah 15:15-21, Psalm 26, Romans 12:1-8, Matthew 16:24-28
Message Sermon: We must take up our cross and follow Christ if we expect to receive the crown in heaven after the Second Coming. Christ never said it was going to be easy here on earth. I pray none of us suffer like Christ did for our sins. If there is no pain there will be no gain. To receive eternal life with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, we must take up Christ's cross and follow Him. We must have the cross before we can receive the crown. Do not be tempted for an easy out when carrying the cross. We must willing accept all that comes with the cross to receive the glory of the crown with Jesus Christ.
