Join us for our Annual Chili And Chowder Cook-Off Fundraiser. Here are all the details:
When: Saturday, Feb 17 @ 5 pm
Where: Gardiner Church of the Nazarene
Cost:$12 per person/12 & Under $6.00/Families of 4 or more $10 per person

You will get to sample all the entries of Chili, Chowder, Soup and Stew, and help us judge the winners for each category.

Following the samples and judging, a meal will be served which will include homemade Turkey Chili, Chicken Tortilla Soup, Corn Chowder, and Beef Stew. We will also have crackers, home made biscuits and brownies. And if that wasn't already enough, we will be featuring silent and live auctions. So get out of the winter blues, and join us for a night of food and fun!

And if you want to submit a chili/soup entry, it's not too late! Just bring it with you on Saturday and we will add it to the ballot.

October 1, 2016 there will be a benefit dinner for the Chrysalis Place aka Gardiner Area Food Bank. Tickets are $12 donation and all ticket proceeds will go to the food bank. The dinner is at the Gardiner Nazarene Church at 5:30 pm. It is sponsored by the Gardiner Nazarene Church and the Free Methodist Church. We have a very talented pianist who will be playing music while we eat by candlelight. The menu is baked ham, mashed potatoes, veggies, rolls and dessert. FMI contact Nancy Plourde at 215-9723.

Just a reminder that the youth group is sponsoring a car wash tomorrow at the Gardiner Fire Station from 10 am to 2:00 pm to help students pay for their Kingdom Bound Youth GroupTrip to Rochester, NY this July. The car wash is by donation only and we will also be offering a hotdog meal deal and bake sale items. Hope you can stop by. It's our last fundraiser for this awesome youth group retreat.
