THE VISION
SISTERS FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL is founded by Rev Mrs Nches Iredu; she is a Nigerian who grew up in a typical loving and stable home. She had her Flaws like any normal human being but one day she heard the glorious gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ at a very tender age and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Saviour and vowed to please him at all cost. She got married at a ripe age but had a
challenge of primary infertility for a period of eight (8) years. But in all, her passionate love for God was not deterred nor was she offended in God, rather she took a time out to settle the issue with God. She asked herself one day ‘’Why do people worry so much for not having children? Is it not to have someone who will hold them by their dress and call them mum, and be there for them when they are aged?’’
She now concluded in her heart and said ‘My God, I have loved you so much and will love you even unto death. Lord, even if you do not give me physical children, I will not stop loving you, but one thing I pray is this, Lord do not deny me spiritual children’, I shall move from United Kingdom, to Czechoslovakia, United States of America, Ghana, Canada and all over the world to win souls for you, cause these souls to love you dearly and also love me deeply, and call me MUMMY according to your word in Isa 54 vs. 1. She continued serving the Lord with all her heart. In the course of time, she left Nigeria to United Kingdom to further her education at the University of Birmingham and University of Hull. Being a lover of God, she maintained a steadfast and faithful relationship with God. She joined a small group of very devoted Christians. These Christians who worshipped God in spirit and in truth gathered themselves from time to time to pray for their needs and seek God’s face. In one of those meetings, each member of the fellowship took turns to present their respective issues to God. When it came to her turn, she started off with a song that says ‘’I have a God who never fails, forever more’’. While she was singing, the atmosphere became charged with the presence of God, immediately God spoke saying ‘’ my daughter, I have heard your cry, rejoice, I have come to wipe away your tears’’. Shortly after that, a second prophecy came saying ‘’about this time next year, you shall bear a child’’. To confirm the two, a third one came thus ‘’you shall bear a baby boy ‘’. The Lord kept his promise and she never ceased to appreciate God for answered prayers. Each time she looked at herself, tears of joy rolled down her cheeks. Eventually, the bouncing baby boy came forth as the Lord had spoken. In yet another meeting tagged ‘’TESTIMONY DAY’’ a remarkable incident took place .As the testifiers took turns to testify, it got to her turn and once again she started singing ‘’How great thou art’’. While she sang in deep appreciation, there was a repeat of the incident that took place the previous year, the atmosphere changed and charged and God spoke “my daughter, because you have appreciated me so much, you are yet to see my blessings, about this time next year, you shall bear another baby, I shall use you to meet other women in similar situations”. As you pray for them they shall conceive, you shall be a voice that will draw people close to me. I shall use you to heal broken homes, teach men and women ways to have a blissful married life, impact lives positively and meaningfully. Today she is a mother of four biological children and countless spiritual children all over the world. Upon concluding her educational career in United Kingdom, she came to Nigeria and took up a teaching appointment. Her love for God propelled her to reach out to her fellow teachers with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. She was able to win more than half of the teaching staff in her school and in her bid to nurture this ones to maturity, she organised staff fellowship during break. For God to bring his word to pass, break period became insufficient for this women and the fellowship was scheduled to hold after school hours. This is how the MINI STAFF fellowship metamorphosed into the MEGA SISTERS FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL the whole world now behold. VISION STATMENT
The vision of this ministry is to see that the whole world is filled with the glory of God as the waters cover the sea. We have the mandate from God to impact the whole nations of the world with the glorious gospel of our lord Jesus Christ for a purposeful and fulfilled life on earth. Sisters Fellowship International is built on two Solid Principles; LOVE AND APPRECIATION. LOVE:
1.To ensure the world knows that God’s love is true , real, infallible and unconditional(John 3:16)
2.To ensure that every man moves with God’s kind of love(1John 4:8)
3.To practice the love which God spoke about in John 15 vs. 12,” This is my commandment, that ye love one another as I have loved you’’. APPRECIATION:
We have the divine mandate to inculcate in people the attitude of appreciating the love which Jesus bestowed on mankind in 1 John 3 vs. 1;”Behold what manner of love the father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God”. To bring Christians together to genuinely appreciate each other’s gifts and talents. 1st John 4 vs. 7-8; Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God, and everyone that loves is born of God and knows God. He that loves not knows not God for God is Love”. OUR BELIEF:
1.We believe that the bible contains the inspired and infallible word of God. God’s word stands sure; 2nd Timothy 2 vs. 1, 2 Timothy 3 vs. 2, 2 peter 1 vs. 20
2.We believe in the Trinity (God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost).
3.We believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord of all; Philippians 2 vs. 9-10.
4.We believe in the virgin birth; Mathew 1 vs. 23.
5.We believe in the direction/ guidance of the Holy Spirit; John 14 vs. 16-17.
6.We believe that Jesus came into the world, died , rose again, ascended into heaven and is coming back in glory to judge the living and the dead; John 11 vs. 11 -18.
7.We believe that Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the Life.
