Brother Breaux challenged us Sunday with one simple question: Does Jesus have all of me?

As you go through this week, take time to ask yourself:

Is there anything I’m still holding back from Him?
Am I just doing things for Jesus, or am I staying close to Jesus?
Is there an area of my life I still need to place in His hands?

Surrender is not just a Sunday moment. Every new season puts something new in our hands that we have to decide whether we will place into His.

Let our prayer this week be:
You can have me. All of me. My heart. My soul. My mind. My life. Everything and Nothing Less.

We had so much fun at our very first Fifth at the Bridge Sunday night! 🍦🎲

There was plenty of ice cream, plenty of laughs, and a few friendships and marriages hanging in the balance once the games started.

As we head into a new week, let’s hold on to this reminder from Pastor Castorina’s message Sunday:

Don’t let fear keep you sitting still.

Jonathan didn’t know exactly what God would do. He simply knew God was able, so he moved.

Perhaps is enough.

We may not know exactly how God is going to work, but we know He is able.

This week, take the next step. Pray. Reach out. Invite someone. Start the conversation.

You don’t have to produce the miracle. Do what you can, and trust God to do what only He can.

Climb the mountain and let God shake it.

Bring your favorite ice cream and toppings, bring your favorite game, and invite someone to come hang out with us!

Come ready to eat way too much ice cream, play some games, and enjoy a fun night with our church family!

What a powerful message from Pastor Castorina this past Sunday: “Before the Water Moves.”

Sometimes we are waiting on God to change the situation before we move, but faith says, “God said step, so I’m stepping.”

The priests had to put their feet in the Jordan before the waters stopped. Their job was obedience. The miracle belonged to God.

As we go through this week, remember: You may not see what God is doing upstream, but that does not mean He isn’t working. Take the next step God has put in front of you and trust His presence to go with you.

The miracle belongs to God. The step belongs to us.

We are still reflecting on yesterday’s message from Brother Breaux, “The Place of Wells and Palm Trees.”

We may all experience seasons of wilderness and bitter waters, but Marah is not our destination. God has provided a place where we can find rest, renewal, and restoration every day. Our Elim is the Holy Ghost.

No matter how difficult the journey becomes, God still knows where the wells are. There is water for the thirsty, rest for the weary, and strength to keep following Him.
