Three miles west of the Pomme de Terre Dam on Highway 254 in “Beautiful Downtown Galmey, Missouri”

We are a small church meeting big goals, from the middle of nowhere reaching everywhere. We just celebrated our 121st anniversary (2021), and we have come a long way and grown as a family of believers reaching out to our community in The Great Commission to reach the lost and bring them home. That sin is only forgiven through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, and eternal life is obtained through grace, not by works. This shows the death, the burial, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Thank you to everyone who were able to attend Peggy's funeral service. We had a nice group representing the church to support Bud and his family during this hard time. Also thanks for those who provided and served lunch to the family and friends! It's wonderful seeing everyone being supportive and loving of our fellow church family members! Taking a break from my studying and prep for Sunday's message and thought I'd share another piece of church history....at a pastor conference a few years ago met a guy who had a few of Charles Spurgeon sermon notes and he not only let me buy one but gave me a nice picture to be framed with it. It's from his sermon on April 18, 1889. 😁 We are part of a long line of men and women God used for his glory. We are no different if it's part of God's plan.

Good day. Just a note that Peggy's funeral is Friday at 10:30 at Hathaway Peterman Funeral home in Wheatland. The burial is immediately after the service at Roundtree Cemetery and a meal will follow here at the church at 1:00 for family and church family. Please continue to pray for her family and loved ones during this time. Thanks everyone!!
