Sometimes the heaviest load isn’t what you’re trying to carry, but what God is calling you to release.

Too often we hold on to worry, fear, stress, and burdens that were never meant for us to carry alone. God’s Word reminds us in 1 Peter 5:7, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”

Today, give your burdens to God. Trust Him with what is weighing on your heart and rest in the peace that only He can provide.

Let it go. Give it to God. Have a blessed day! 🙏

Stillness doesn’t always mean standing still. Sometimes it means resting in God’s promises, trusting His timing, and allowing Him to realign your heart and mind.

Before we close out Mental Health Awareness Month, our Senior Pastor, Derrick Jackson, reminds us that spiritual health is just as important as mental and physical health.

Staying connected to God brings peace, strength, and direction for every season of life. When we allow God to lead our spirit, He gives us the grace to endure, heal, and grow through every challenge.
