Meet our Lower Division Dean, Beth Cook! Beth joined the MAW family as a camper in 2013. She is a music teacher and band director for 4th-12 grade at Red Level School.

When asked about her favorite part of camp, she said she’s excited for everything because it’s too hard to pick just one, but she’s looking forward to all the adventures that we do with the kids around camp and making music with them. She is also excited to be working alongside her sister, Becca, who will serve as a lower division counselor and dance teacher!

Meet our Upper Division Dean, Cara Thomas! Cara has been a part of the MAW family since 2017 and currently serves as a choir director at Vestavia Hills High School.

Cara is so pumped to spend time with our campers this summer! She’s especially looking forward to hiking the mountain with them, and, of course, dominating on the volleyball court! 🏐

Hi, parents! Our schedule will look a little different this year. Camper check-in will take place Monday morning from 9:00–10:30am. The concert will begin at 4:00pm Friday, followed with checkout. We are so excited to welcome all of our campers and can’t wait for a great week all together!
