9:00 - Cookies, pies, miscellaneous runners, and rolls/dessert prep helpers

10:00 - **BRING THESE ITEMS WARMED UP: Gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans (disposable pan), sweet potatoes (disposable pan), turkey breasts (sliced into 30 servings), dressing

10:15 - Assembling trays, assembling orders, serving/spooning food, drivers (parked in the lane ready for assignments)

11:00 - Clean up, post event deliveries
