Jesus said the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand β€” but what does life in that Kingdom actually look like? In this teaching from the Sermon on the Mount, we dig into Matthew 6 and the practices Jesus gives us to become people who live like Him.

In this series, we explore how Jesus moves from exposing the human heart to forming it β€” teaching practical rhythms like generosity, prayer, fasting, and seeking first the Kingdom of God. These aren't empty religious routines. They're invitations into a deeper life with God: practices that fight pride and self-centeredness, teach us to depend on Him, and loosen our grip on the temporary things of this world.

Jesus also confronts the anxiety and distraction that consume so many of us β€” living trapped in regret over the past or fear of the future β€” and calls us instead to be fully present with God today.

Join us live as we slow down, seek first the Kingdom, and learn what it means to become more like Jesus in everyday life.

Forgiven people are called to become forgiving people.
Forgiveness doesn't excuse what happened β€” it releases the grip it has on us. If yesterday's message stirred something up, that's a good place to start.

"Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors."
Tomorrow's message goes there β€” the difficult, freeing practice of forgiveness. Matthew 6:12-15.

Prayer isn't about the perfect words. It's about drawing near.
God isn't rushed, and He isn't waiting for a performance β€” He's inviting connection. Catch yesterday's message if you missed it, and try one honest, unhurried prayer this week.

"Lord, teach us to pray." That's the disciples' request when they watched Jesus pray β€” and it's ours too.
Tomorrow we're talking about prayer as relationship, not performance. Matthew 6:5-11. We hope to see you here.

Generosity isn't about being seen β€” it's about trusting God with everything we have. If you missed it, we'd love for you to catch up by watching the service on Facebook or Youtube. We truly love spending time in the Word of God together as a church. What's one open-handed step you can take this week to practice trusting God through being generous?

Tomorrow we are going back into our series: Messages from the Mountain, where we spend time studying Jesus' Sermon on the Mount. These next few weeks we will be diving into Kingdom Practices. We'd love for you to spend time in Matthew 6 as we spend time together going through these practices.

We're kicking things off with Generosity. Jesus warns it's possible to do the right things for the wrong reasons β€” so what does *sincere* generosity actually look like? Join us tomorrow as we dive into this scripture together.

This Sunday we conclude our journey through Ephesians.

Tomorrow we'll finish Paul's letter with Ephesians 6, where we're reminded that life is shaped by more than what we can see. While spiritual battles are real, so is the strength God provides.

Paul encourages us to stand firmβ€”not in our own strength, but in God'sβ€”by putting on the full armor He has given us. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and God's Word prepare us to live confidently as followers of Jesus.

Whether you've been with us every week or this will be your first Sunday, we'd love for you to join us as we wrap up this incredible series.

And if you're unable to be here, continue the journey by reading Ephesians 6 this week with your family, a friend, or your small group. Our hope has always been that this series would move beyond Sunday mornings and shape the way we follow Jesus every day.

See you tomorrow!
