Today we were reminded why missions matter so much.

For over a year, Tina has been faithfully feeding and loving someone right where he was. Recently, she realized he was actually connected to her own family.

His sister was so thankful to know he was alive after so many years.

We may not always be able to fix every situation, but we can show up. We can love people where they are.

We can serve, feed, pray, and remind them they are not forgotten.

Tina said it best: “I didn’t know, but God knew.”

This is why we do what we do. God is always working, even in the places we don’t see yet. ❤️

Bring your best pot of chili or just bring your appetite — either way, you’re invited.
