It’s still just 4$ for any kid over the age of 5. All kids 5 and under are free with no extra charge.

Our facility is child-friendly, but not child-safe, and doesn’t (at the moment) offer childcare. What this means: due to the inherently dangerous nature of fitness equipment, the FLC is an inappropriate place for unsupervised children under 13.

Any children you bring to the Family Life Center must be directly supervised by an adult (18 or older).

Direct supervision means that you aren’t working out, using cardio equipment, or playing basketball or racquetball while supervising them. When you directly supervise children in our facility, it has to be the only thing you’re doing at that time. Our staff isn’t authorized to supervise children or to redirect them if they are doing something unsafe, and is not allowed to agree to watch the children of members or guests.

This policy doesn’t mean that members or guests with children can’t work out: if you and a friend or partner come to the FLC, you can take turns directly supervising children. While one adult uses the facility, the other can be with children in the play area, for example. Unsupervised children can’t be left in the play area, or with desk staff, or on the basketball court, or in any other location.

Children under 13 are not allowed in the cardio room or weight room, or downstairs, even with adult supervision.

We hope you understand that this policy is to keep children safe: nothing could be more important to us. We hope to add childcare hours to our schedule in the future, but until then, the policy is firm. Staff members have been instructed to ask parents of unsupervised children to leave, and failure to do so threatens their employment here. Please understand they must follow the policy just as our members and guests do.

These are our Operating and Open Court hours!

We have a full-size basketball court with multiple hoops, along with pickleball nets that can easily be rolled onto the court. We also offer a weight room, cardio room, a bootcamp-style training area, racquetball courts, and saunas for recovery.

Feel free to stop by anytime - we’d love to have you here, and we hope you always feel welcome. A guest pass is only 4$! We also offer great membership pricing, which you can find on our pinned posts.
