Lord, allow me to be truly discerning in all that I do, not just my specified “prayer times”.

How does this thing I am doing truly lift my soul to you?

Does this thing I choose help me to choose you, and why?

Does this thing I choose lead me away from you, and why?

Allow me to be truly prayerful and aware of you at all times; and at least more so today than I was yesterday.
