Temple of Praise and Restoration Outreach Center COGIC Founded in January 1997 by Elder D.E. Richardson II. We are a member of the Churches of God in Christ, Inc. Our mission is to win souls back to Christ.

TOPROC is a Bible teaching, Bible believing fellowship of people who love God and His people. As we have been reconciled back to Him, we are going out to reconcile others.

2 Corinthians 5:17-18 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation"

I would like to take a life pause right now and pay homage to my Father, Elder David Edward Richardson Sr.
Who was killed in 1965 when I was 3 years old.
He was killed along with my Baby Brother Anthony Maurice Richardson
It happened at the foot of the Baltimore Maryland Bridge in a head on Collision 💥
My mother and I survived, and God extended our lives to bring Glory to the Kingdom
I am so glad to have come from the loins of this King who was an Evangelist, musician and a great prolific carrier of God's unchanging word 🙏
