Summer is one of the greatest opportunities our churches have to reach children and families with the Gospel.

Across Northeast Georgia, churches are hosting Vacation Bible Schools, camps, day programs, outreach events, and other summer ministries designed to share the love of Christ with the next generation.

Would you join us in praying?
🙏 Pray for children to hear and respond to the Gospel.
🙏 Pray for volunteers, leaders, and pastors to not grow weary as they serve but have renewed strength to do what God has called them to.
🙏 Pray for families who may be connecting with a church for the very first time to see the need for community and the gospel.
🙏 Pray for lasting fruit as churches follow up and disciple those they reach.

This summer, let's ask God to use every lesson, game, conversation, and act of kindness to make an eternal impact.

We love serving our community through food, clothing, and hygiene assistance at Good Samaritan Food Ministry. But meeting physical needs is not our ultimate goal—it's an opportunity to share the hope found in Jesus Christ.

That's why we rejoice that earlier this month, our friend Anthony accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior! While food fills an empty stomach, only Christ can satisfy the deepest need of the soul. Join us in celebrating what God is doing through this ministry!

Today we want to celebrate the incredible church planters we are honored to support through the New Work Foundation!

Because of the generosity of our donors, sponsors, golfers, and volunteers, especially those who participate in our annual Golf Tournament, we are able to come alongside church planters as they faithfully serve, reach their communities, and share the hope of the Gospel. What happens on the golf course extends far beyond a single day of play, it helps strengthen pastors, plant churches, and impact lives for eternity.

We'd also like to give a special congratulations to Chase Rylee for winning this year's One-Putt Contest! 🏆⛳

🙌 God Provides 🙏

This week, our Good Samaritan Ministry received a call from someone desperately needing large-size diapers for a loved one with special needs. These sizes aren’t something we regularly keep in stock, and while we were able to offer a few, we knew it wasn’t enough to fully meet the need.

Then God stepped in.

Less than five minutes later, we received another call from someone looking to donate several boxes of the exact size diapers that had just been requested.

What seemed like a challenge became a beautiful reminder that God knows every need before we do. We were overjoyed to witness His provision unfold in real time and to see Him connect a need with an answer almost immediately.

Thank you to everyone who donates and helps make moments like this possible. You never know how God may use your generosity to bless someone else. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who was a part of our golf tournament whether you were a sponsor, golfer, or a volunteer! Because of your generosity and participation we were able to raise over $17,000 to support local church plants! This day was so much more than just a day on the course but an investment in the kingdom of God! We are expectant and excited for what God will do in the coming months as we continue to reach our neighbors and community with the gospel!⛪️🌱

Join us for our Spring Family Gathering, an evening designed to encourage, connect, and equip our churches at the Fellowship Hall at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

3:00 PM Pre- Gathering Training: "Having a Mission and Multiplication Mindset" led by Dr. Benji Lavender, Missions Pastor at Lakewood Baptist Church.

4:00 PM Family Gathering. This will include a time of roundtable discussions and prayer with other pastors and church leaders as we celebrate what God is doing through our family of churches. We’ll also share important updates about the work happening through the CBA and how our churches are partnering together to strengthen one another and reach our communities.
