Help us bring GRACE 200 to life!

We’re creating Grace 200, a short documentary film celebrating 200 years of Grace Episcopal Church; our rich history, the people who have shaped it, and the vibrant life of Grace today.

On Saturday, November 14, a professional production crew will be here to film a special worship service. It will be a unique experience, complete with cameras, lighting, music, all-day snacks, our annual potluck Thanksgiving Feast, and a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at documentary filmmaking.

All parishioners are encouraged to participate! We’re hoping to fill the pews with every part of the Grace family, young and old, families and singles alike, so the film truly reflects the full breadth of our parish community. This means that your presence is important.

Join us for Salad Suppers, a casual women’s gathering in the Parish Hall on Monday, October 19 and Monday, November 16, from 6-7 PM. A large salad will be provided, so come hungry and ready for good conversation!

Each evening begins with a shared meal and time to catch up before we dive into our new book study, Mary Magdalene Revealed by Meggan Watterson. Together, we'll explore the story of one of the most fascinating and often misunderstood women in Scripture.

To prepare, please read through page 139. But don't worry if you haven't! Reading is not required. Whether you've read every page, skimmed a chapter, or haven't opened the book yet, you're welcome at the table.

Come for the fellowship, stay for the discussion, and leave with new connections and fresh insights.

Grace Church youth put their faith into action on Monday at Family Promise. The group cleaned and organized two rooms, then set up a coat closet stocked with the 87 coats collected during VBS. The coats were sorted by size and hung up, creating an important and well-organized resource for Family Promise families.

Great job, EYC, for your hard work and servant hearts! And thank you to everyone at Grace who donated coats this summer. Your generosity will make a difference as the weather starts getting colder this fall.

The women of Grace Church will enjoy a weekend of rejoicing, reflection, and renewal from Friday, January 15 to Sunday, January 17, 2027 at the Montreat Retreat and Conference Center in Montreat, North Carolina.

Drawing on ancient sources, contemporary scholarship, and contemplative practice, our retreat will be an invitation into the living tradition of Mary Magdalene, a tradition that calls forth a life lived at the level of the heart.

"Spotlight On" is a series on the Glimpses of Grace podcast highlighting community partners supported by the Grace Episcopal Outreach Ministry. These local organizations are making a measurable impact through service, advocacy, and compassionate support.

In the latest episode, host Bruce Leyton sits down with Martha Randolph, local business owner and community organizer, and Angela Middleton, president of the North Georgia Black Business Alliance, to discuss the Thanksgiving Feed, an annual tradition started 15 years ago that has grown from serving 250 people to over 2,000 meals each Thanksgiving Day.
