Instead of our normal Dinner and Discussion this Wednesday, we’ll be walking over to the University Auditorium to see in concert. Meet at the chapel house at 6pm for a sandwich and we will walk over together at 6:30pm

“A free concert by acclaimed songwriter Joe Pug will be followed by a conversation on music and spiritual seeking Pug has toured with artists such as Steve Earle, Sturgill Simpson, Jason Isbell, The Killers, and Lucinda Williams. The event is hosted by Hamilton School Professor David McPherson and funded by the John Templeton Foundation”

Chapel of the Incarnation is thrilled to host Dr. Ellen Davis, Professor of Bible and Practical Theology at Duke Divinity School, this February.

Dr. Davis will offer a sermon on the 51st Psalm at our Ash Wednesday liturgy in the Chapel on February 18 at 7:00 p.m.

On February 19 at 7:00 p.m., Dr. Davis will give a lecture at The Christian Study Center of Gainesville entitled, "Is the Old Testament Worth Reading?"

On February 20 at 8:30 a.m., Dr. Davis and Dr. Ben Lowe, Executive Director at A Rocha USA, will have a conversation at The Christian Study Center of Gainesville entitled, "Grounded: A Dialogue on Scripture, Creation, and Vocation."

Blessed Lord, who hast caused all holy Scriptures to be written for our learning: Grant that we may in such wise hear them, read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest them; that, by patience and comfort of thy holy Word, we may embrace and ever hold fast the blessed hope of everlasting life, which thou hast given us in our Savior Jesus Christ; who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

We have Breakfast Club every Thursday at 9:30am, but October 16th is going to be a special one. All of the clergy in the Santa Fe Region have decided to crash! So, join us on 10/16 for breakfast and a discussion on the Screwtape Letters with a bunch of priests and deacons.
