Adventures In Missions (Adventures) is an interdenominational missions organization that focuses on discipleship. We emphasize prayer and relationships in our work among the poor. Since Adventures was established in 1989, we have taken 80,000 people to the mission field, some for a year or longer. Through our 14 bases around the world, we have year-round ministry to places where “the least of thes

e” are found. We believe that by giving people the opportunity to hold orphans, bring hope to the hopeless, and pray for the sick, lives are transformed. We seek to disciple as Jesus did – our vision is that God would use us to raise up a generation of radically committed disciples of Jesus Christ!

This week in Cambodia, we celebrated something beautiful: 55 children completed their Scripture memory cards after memorizing 8 Bible verses each!

Even more incredible — throughout the week, 110 children stood up and recited God’s Word aloud, and that number continues to grow.

But what’s happening goes far beyond a prize program.

We’re watching kids encourage one another, build confidence, and begin hiding Scripture in their hearts. Children who once felt too shy are finding courage. Others are pressing forward after seeing their friends succeed. Faith is spreading from child to child — and it’s powerful to witness.

“I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.” — Psalm 119:11

We believe these verses are eternal seeds planted deep in their hearts — seeds God will continue to grow for years to come.
