Fellowship of Christian Athletes is the largest national sport ministry to coaches and athletes, existing since 1954. Our Four C's of Ministry: Coaches, Campus, Camp and Community ministries. FCA's vision is to see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.

We can’t say enough about the Fields of Faith event tonight at The Reservation with Gaffney & Blacksburg students meeting on one field. So grateful for the many adults, ministry leaders, teachers, and coaches who helped out. But… it was the students who stood out the most. Through the power of the Holy Spirit we witnessed amazing student led worship, student led testimonies, scripture reading, and prayer. The Gospel was presented and students professed Christ as Savior and Lord! We here at Cherokee County FCA pray that this is just a small spark that will trigger wildfires in schools, communities, athletic fields, and even homes within our community! May God continue to get the glory and may we all continue to share Him to a world who truly needs him!

Tonight is the night!!!
In just a few hours, we will be gathered at The Reservation to hear from students from all over Cherokee County! They will be leading worship, praying, reading scripture, and sharing personal testimonies. It’s going to be awesome!!!
Please pray for this event and the young people who are participating, and like and share this post!

I watched Gaffney-Dorman game on tv last night. Loved seeing FCA’s Holden Poole right there on side-lines with our GHS Indians coaches and athletes.

So grateful for the small Huddles with athletes and coaches that take place across the County through FCA. Hunter Wylie, one of our Character Coaches in Blacksburg leads on Thursday afternoons a small huddle for football players. They not only eat physically they dive into God’s Word and are fed spiritually. Pray that the Lord will continue to use these huddled to grow the body of Christ and lead people to Him!

Everyone mark your calendars! Cherokee County FCA will host Fields of Faith on Tuesday October 24th, at the Reservation. This will be a great time for students, athletes, coaches, and adults to gather. Students will lead worship, share testimonies, and pray for our County. Put it on your calendar and make plans to attend! 🙌🏾🙌🏻🙏🏼🙏🏾

FCA Character Coach Josh Henderson fed the Blacksburg High School band members before the competition this past Saturday. Physically and Spiritually! Grateful to see the multiple areas and opportunities that FCA gets to be included in. The Lord is working!

We got worship with our student led praise team and our very own Coach Reams brought a powerful message on sharing the Gospel to others! We can’t wait until next Friday! It starts at 7:30am in the auditorium, hope to see you there!

What a great morning at Gaffney Middle School FCA this morning. We had an awesome word from two young ladies, and had our new Cherokee County Area rep Rachel Smiley introduce herself to the group. 👊🏻👊🏾
Between hearing these students lead and celebrating a new FCA team member, it was a great morning! 🙌🏻🙌🏾

Great yearly kickoff this morning at GHS for campus FCA. We have such an awesome student led team! Worship was great and then Coach Reams introduced our speaker, Pastor Duck Mcabee! What an awesome word he shared about knowing our assignment! Grateful for a great challenge, and also for Kirby Church providing the biscuits!👊🏻👊🏾🙌🏻🙌🏾🙏🏻🙏🏾

Join us next week as we meet again on Friday at 7:30am in the auditorium!
