I would just like to say today we had a party at our location and our attendant notified me about 15 minutes prior to the party starting that our air wouldn’t come on. I work a full time job so I leave my job to go to see if I could fix it and FaceTime my husband to see if he could help me find the problem he was at work also it’s 1:45 on Wednesday afternoon so we couldn’t it was something beyond our knowledge 🤷‍♀️ so I told the young lady having the party it was broken I couldn’t get anyone there to fix it in the next few minutes because I was trying so I could refund her money and they could leave or she could stay but it was nearly 90 degrees in there so she wanted her money back and stay and stay for free it was ok to stay if it was free either way I knew that she would try to be ugly and she was I really felt bad but it was beyond my repair but I was cursed at and the F bomb was used repeatedly and I asked them not to use the word because it was a children’s birthday party place and when I did I was really cursed and told they would never come back I kept trying to explain to them that I couldn’t fix it I’m sorry I couldn’t fix it so I gave them their money back and they left mad my thing is they were going to be mad if they stayed and it was hot for free or if they left and got their money back which they did they’re still mad but the electrician came and our air is working thank the Lord and I apologize to these people but some people only have one side to a story and there’s two sides to every story and I was treated really badly and then they’re calling me names and I didn’t call anybody any names and they also cursed the attendant that works for us and she couldn’t fix it either I apologize and I would like for everybody to know our air is back on and I’m sorry the child’s birthday party didn’t go as planned what else could I do 🤷‍♀️
