The Thickety Mountain Baptist Woman's Educational & Missionary Convention are busy doing the work of the Lord. They had the privilege of serving our Detention Center in Cherokee County and they performed this task with the utmost poise and dignity while attending to the needs of the inmates.

A special "Thank you" to everyone who helped to make this vision come to pass.
They sponsored a "White Socks & Little Debbie Cake Drive" which was indeed a big success.

You will find further details on this video concerning this project. May God continue to bless the contributors and the ones who received the blessings. God is able to do exactly what He said!

This is a personal invitation inviting you to come join The Thickety Mountain Baptist Woman's Educational & Missionary Convention on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

This event will be held at the Thickety Mountain Baptist Association in the
Mary Gaffney Knuckles Auditorium.

The Praise & Worship will done by Mt. Tabor Baptist Church promptly at 2:45 p. m. The worship service will begin at 3:00 p. m.

*Please see the attached flyer pertaining to the donations towards the Missionary's Detention Center Outreach Project.
We will be collecting white socks and
Debbie cakes for the inmates.
