The Thickety Mountain Baptist Woman's Educational and Missionary Convention had the pleasure of ushering in the spirit of God on their 5th Sunday Quarterly Service on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 3:00 pm. The service was held in the Mary Gaffney Knuckles Auditorium at the Thickety Mountain Baptist Association Building.

The Guest Speakers were given a token of love and appreciation for their service during our 5th Sunday Quarterly Service.

The church with the Greatest Attendance was awarded a Certificate of Attendance. The winner was Dr. Larry J. Brooks and the Young's Grove Baptist Church Family .
Congratulations to each one of you for a job well done!

Moderator Rev. Darrell Smith was awarded the Go Tell America with Rick Gage for his "Faithful Leadership" during the Crusade in April. Congratulations Rev. Smith for your dedicated service.

A special thank you to everyone who attended and helped to make our program a big big success. We will forever be grateful for whatever part you played in honoring God.

We also had the opportunity to fellowship with the Honorable Sarah Simons, 2nd Vice President of the Woman's Baptist Educational & Missionary Convention of South Carolina. Thank you for your "Words of Encouragement."

Thank you to Mt. Tabor Baptist Church for your songs of praise during praise and worship. We also Bethel Baptist Church for rendering a selection.

We extend a grateful heart to the Thickety Mountain Missionaries and Missionary Friends, Spiritual Life Ministry Y. W. A.'s Auxiliary, our Woman's Convention Officers, Guest Speakers, Sis, Geneva Palmer and Ushers, Registration Committee, Musicians, Pastors, Ministers, Brothers and Sisters of Christ and willing workers.

A special "Thank you" to Sis. Shanese Dawkins for the exceptionally beautiful program. The art work is definitely breathtaking.

This event will be held at the Thickety Mountain Baptist Association in the
Mary Gaffney Knuckles Auditorium.

The Praise & Worship will done by Mt. Tabor Baptist Church promptly at 2:45 p. m. The worship service will begin at 3:00 p. m.

*Please see the attached flyer pertaining to the donations towards the Missionary's Detention Center Outreach Project.
We will be collecting white socks and
Debbie cakes for the inmates.

Thank you Sister Angela Dawkins for making our Senior Missionary Video. We praise God for a wonderful service. We congratulate Mikes Creek Baptist Church for winning the Attendance Plaque - church having the most attendees. We had dynamic and informative speakers and great praise and worship through music.
