Happy Memorial Day!!! How we praise God for the men & women who sacrificially gave their lives defending our great Nation in order that we might be free!!! As this Scripture passage says, there is "no greater love nor stronger commitment" that has been demonstrated by our brave soldiers!!!

More than seven decades ago, Billy Graham held a peace rally on the east steps of the United States Capitol building, urging America to turn to the Lord in prayer. On Feb. 3, 1952, an estimated 40,000 people gathered despite the rain to be reminded that in times of uncertainty, we’re called not only to reflection, but to repentance and renewed faith.

“All you have to do is open your heart and let Christ come in,” Mr. Graham said. “Believe on Him, receive Him with all of your heart, make Him Lord and Master and King.”

Within two days, legislation was introduced in the House of Representatives and passed by unanimous vote after committee action. In April 1952, President Harry Truman signed the joint resolution into law, establishing the National Day of Prayer. Today, go to God with bold faith and pray for our nation.

The past two weeks have been full of God’s faithfulness and opportunities to make Him known!

From sharing at a Real Marriage Night, to walking through powerful moments of biblical history at the Bible Museum and Gettysburg, we’ve been reminded that God is always at work across generations.

We were honored to pour into students at New Covenant Academy’s chapel and banquet, worship together at Christ Church and Lafayette St. Church, and be encouraged alongside others at the NC Baptist Missions Conference.

What a joy it is to serve, travel, and proclaim the truth of Jesus wherever He sends us. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for all that God is doing—thank you for praying, supporting, and being part of this mission with us! Jesus Changes Everything!
