Come hungry on Sunday, June 28! 😋

Our students are hosting a Bake Sale after service to help support their upcoming summer camp experience. Stop by the table, grab a treat (or two 😉), and help encourage the next generation as they grow in their faith, build friendships, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

There will be plenty of homemade goodies available for purchase, so bring your sweet tooth and your appetite! 🍪🧁🍰

If your faith was put on trial, would there be enough evidence to convict you?

Faith that doesn’t change your life may not be genuine faith at all.

That’s the tension James invites us to wrestle with.

Not, “Are you perfect?”
Not, “Do you have it all together?”

But has your faith changed the way you live?

Yesterday, Pastor Mike unpacked one of the most challenging passages in the book of James—a message that calls us to move beyond simply believing the right things and into a faith that is lived out every day.

At Be Renewed, one of the greatest gifts we can give children is the truth of God’s Word. 🤍

In a world where so many voices compete for their attention, we want kids to know that God’s truth is unchanging. We want them to know who He is, how deeply He loves them, and who they are in Him.

We’re not just filling time on Sundays—we’re planting seeds that we pray will impact generations. 🌱

It’s possible to sit in church every week…
hear truth…
feel convicted…
and still walk away unchanged.

God never gave us His Word just to increase our knowledge.

He gave it to transform us.

To make us more loving.
More gracious.
More generous.
More like Jesus.

The goal isn’t just hearing truth.
It’s living it.

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” — James 1:22

But freedom begins when we stop believing the lie and start believing the truth.

What a beautiful Sunday at Be Renewed. 🤍

Today, the sun was shining, worship filled the room, Pastor Mike brought a powerful message from the book of James, children learned about Jesus, and people publicly declared their faith through baptism — an outward expression of an inward transformation.

There was such a sweet presence of God throughout the day. Moments like these remind us that the Church is far more than a building. It is people being changed by the power of Jesus Christ.

Watching someone step into the water and come back up again never gets old. Every baptism is a testimony of grace, redemption, and new life.

We are humbled and grateful for what God is doing in and through our church family. He is still saving, restoring, healing, and drawing people to Himself.

To God alone be the glory. 🙌🏼
