Spring Valley Reformed Church

We are an expository preaching church in the Valley committed to teaching and preaching verse-by-vers Loving God and loving people! That is our passion!

We are people who want to know God more and make Him known! Our goal is to be known by our love for one another as we know God more and more through His Word. Sunday mornings are a mixture of hymns and contemporary music to honor the Lord together in unity as our pastor leads us through books of the Bible.

Spring Valley Reformed Church, 10960 Spring Valley Road, Fulton, IL, welcomes The Mulkins Family to their outdoor stage on Sunday, August 30th at 6:00 PM! Come and join us for an evening of praise and worship. A free-will offering will be taken. In case of inclement weather, the concert will be moved indoors.

The Mulkins Family exists to glorify God through their music and evangelism. As a young family, they continue to develop their instrument skills and singing harmony to deliver a fun, uplifting, and God-honoring gospel concert. People leave their concerts feeling encouraged and inspired. Their music style is Southern and Bluegrass Gospel.
The Mulkins Family consists of Rick and Cindy Mulkins, with their nine children in age order: Ruby, Isaac, Noah, Grace, Hazel, Jacob, Caleb, Ezra and Esther. Currently, five out of their eight children sing and play instruments. When Rick gets asked why he doesn’t sing with the family, he smiles and jokingly replies, “I can’t carry a tune. The only thing I can carry is the sound equipment into the church.” Even though Rick doesn’t sing, he still plays an integral role in their music ministry as he interweaves the Gospel and heartfelt testimonies and stories of God’s grace and goodness between songs.

The Mulkins Family’s music journey started not too long ago when someone asked Cindy, “Do you sing as a family?” She responded, “No, we don’t have any music background or training.” Well, a lot has changed since that thought-provoking question. Today, they sing, travel, and evangelize all around the country.
You will enjoy the family’s charm, talent, and love, but it’s the Gospel of Jesus Christ that they always want to be the priority. They continually point people to Jesus and are strong advocates for family unity.

The Common Bond Quartet has committed our time and talents to using music to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our desire to serve God provides the foundation for our ministry. While we endeavor to encourage and uplift believers through word and song; our passion is to plant seeds in the hearts and minds of unbelievers as we seek to further the Kingdom.

During a concert, Common Bond Quartet will be sure to have you not only smiling, tapping your toes and clapping your hands; but you will also be challenged and encouraged in your walk with Christ. Worship led by Common Bond Quartet will be an experience that we're sure will be a blessing long after the last note is sung.

Four guys from Beth Eden United Methodist Church got together in 1985 to share their musical talents in worship. Since that day, God has continued to bless them and their ministry. Alleluia Quartet shares their unique style of four part harmony to witness to the love of God in their lives.

AQ has been blessed to share this music in many different settings all over northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin, Iowa, and even Ohio. They share a message of hope, grace, and love wherever they go.

It’s truly a family affair when The Browns hit the stage with their music. The Dove-nominated musical stylings of Adam, Michaela, Shelly, and Andrew exude excitement on the stage and offer an experience to all who hear them. The Browns deliver the powerful message of the gospel through word and song, engaging audiences of all ages.

The Browns have been touring across the United States since the group began 25 years ago. The heralded group began on the local and state level and has expanded and grown into a national and international touring group. In 2015 the family bought and restored a hundred-year-old historic building into a state-of-the-art live music theater, in their hometown of Le Mars, Iowa. They welcome thousands of tourists and Brown music lovers to Le Mars each year. The Browns love what they do, love each other, and the audiences to whom they sing!

Providing a unique blend of gospel and modern worship music is what Westward Road excels at. Westward Road is an exciting and dynamic family trio, led by Scott Roberts, a 20-year-veteran worship leader and nation-charting songwriter, and his wife, the talented and award-winning vocalist, Kelli Roberts. Their son, Garrett Roberts, completes the superbly gifted musical family with his smooth vocal tones.

Anticipation Ministries is a family-based Southern Gospel group rooted in the small town of Hannibal, Missouri, with a big heart for ministry. What started as a simple invitation to sing at a local fair in 2007 has grown into a thriving ministry committed to sharing the hope of Jesus Christ through powerful music and personal testimony. With over 15 years of service, Anticipation continues to travel across the Midwest, touching lives and spreading the Good News one song at a time.

Adams Voice has been able to communicate God’s love through song across the United States for over 30 years. The focus of their ministry is to attest to the power of God through worship. Woven into their repertoire of the familiar are original songs resonating with scripture, written from personal testimony inspired by real-life situations. Their music spans a wide range of styles, as they endeavor to reach all age groups. The younger generation will be attracted by their youthful vitality, but at the same time, you will clearly see the core of their musical message emulating a much older generation of Christians who have distinctively molded their lives. God is still in control, and changing lives is the recurring theme throughout their music.
