Hey OC Young Adult Community !!!!
All 20’s and 30’ welcome ! ! !

We look forward to seeing you tonight at 7 yo!

We will be continuing our Bible Study in 1 Samuel Chapter 2

1 Samuel 2:25 Eli talking to his Son Hophni and Phinneas about winning against the Lord.

Key Verse “If one person sins against another, God may mediate for the offender; but if anyone sins against the Lord, who will intercede for them?”

Eli’s sons had turned to taking the best meet from the Sacrifices and taking women coming to the Temple to sleep with them. They had completely dishonored their father, and because of their wickedness they were both promised short lives for even the following generations, and they were both die on the same day.

You see our sin’s can be forgiven, but there are sometime serious consequences that have lasting repercussions. We also discover consequences for people in authority for taking advantage of others below them, and gravity of their consequences.

Are you in a position that has power to take advantage of other?

How do you use your power?
For good or evil?

Is there something that needs changing before its too late?

I am no victim....

Who holds our promises?

I am not saying we have not been victims because so many circumstances can happen, but who has the promise to heal?

God is who he says He is, he made you who you are, there is redemption in Him, and by His blood He made the provision to reclaim our brokenness.

We are shaped by every word he says, this creates a new you by His very Word alone: You are not alone; You are loved; You are loved; You are so very much loved; because God is love, and no greater love than to lay down ones life. He did that for you and me to heal you, and redeem you.
