Mom-e-Minute:

As an expert in campus culture, and family life development, I've found that one of the most important things you can do for your tweens and teens during these critical years of identity development is to teach them how to be a servant-leader.

Let's face it, peer pressure can be brutal regardless of public, private or co-op schools, but when we provide an emotionally safe place for kids to belong, be loved, and lead, it provides critical building blocks required for the emotional happiness and health of maturing teens. The beauty of Jr. Counselors is that kids who have mentors are equally impacted by these role models.

Hey Moms, we're currently auditioning for the Fearless Worship and Tech Teams. Bring your kids and tell your friends about this rare opportunity! Positions range from MS through college.
Applicants are grounded in the heart of worship as an overflowing expression of their love of the Father through personal and corporate worship. Teams of varying skills and experience are matched to lead worship in the School of Ministry, and upon skill and readiness will lead the Valley-Wide Youth Events. Additional instruction is available to learn how to play by ear and from lead sheets.
Tech teams are starting from the ground up with tech mentors to build out each level of our sound, video, recording studios, children's theater, global impact, and campus security systems! How big can you dream?
This is a school, a college actually designed for kids, but it's first and foremost a ministry. We don't want anyone left out based on tuition. Service scholarships are awarded dependent on team placement and tithe waivers are available for anyone needing additional assistance.
This is truly awesome! We've seen the deaf hear, the lame walk, hearts delivered, and doctor-verified healings all through our previous youth worship services and we can't wait to bring this to the youth of our valley!
