Important Phone System Update
We recently discovered an issue with our phone system that prevented some calls and voicemails from reaching our staff. If you have contacted us recently and have not received a response, we encourage you to call us again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To better serve our guests, staff members are now answering our main phone line, 352.787.4345, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you call outside of these hours, our voicemail system will provide instructions for reaching the on-call host in the event of an emergency or urgent situation.
For all non-emergency matters, please leave a voicemail, and a staff member will return your call during normal business hours.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure reliable communication and provide the highest level of service.
