I was asked to talk about how to take care of your health as a clergy person. I got back into running 3 years ago, and now run races, besides eating clean. These two pictures tell the story. One taken in 2023 & 35 pounds heavier. The other picture taken this morning after doing my morning run. Key point, this is how I do it. There are other ways to get into shape, but you must really want to do it.

Today was about my 20th full Immersion Outside Baptism, and all of them have been Spiritually Uplifting for not only the candidate, but all the witnesses standing on the banks; in the boats, and me as well. One lady who was standing at the edge of the water with her husband & children, clapped when the newly Baptized came up out of the water.
