UPDATE: Kimberly has been located. | FPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing person Kimberly Joan Fowlkes.

Fowlkes was last seen at her residence in Frederick on August 23 and was last heard from on August 24, 2026.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Frederick Police Department.
