God is using this show to change lives. My 17 year old son was murdered on Christmas eve. I was in a bad place. I purchased a gun each day, went to the lake and held it to my head to end my life. Each day I threw the gun in the lake. After over 50 guns, I sought out professional help. I went on HE is Hope Show to share my story. NO RAIN FELL. THEN A WALL OF WATER SWALLOWED WHOLE VILLAGES IN MINUTES.

At around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning, a massive surge of water tore down the Bhote Koshi River in Nepal's Rasuwa district, sweeping through the border towns of Timure and Syabrubesi before racing downstream into the Trishuli River system. There had been no heavy rain, the first sign to residents that this wasn't an ordinary monsoon flood. Officials believe an ice and rock avalanche on a glacier dammed a tributary called the Lhende Khola, then suddenly released, sending a surge of water and debris crashing into villages with almost no warning.

By afternoon, police had confirmed at least 22 dead, with 384 people still listed as missing. Homes, markets, and roads across Rasuwa and neighboring Nuwakot district were destroyed, and more than ten hydropower projects along the river have been swept away or severely damaged. Thousands of trekkers on the popular Langtang and Gosaikunda routes were affected, and authorities in five districts have urged residents in low lying areas to move to higher ground as search and rescue efforts continue.

This is a disaster still unfolding, with search teams working to reach isolated communities and the full scope of the loss still unknown.
