You can love God, have faith, and still have days when you’re not okay. 💚

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is admit that you’re struggling. Sometimes faith looks like praying, and sometimes it looks like making the call, asking for help, setting a boundary, or giving yourself permission to rest.

On this World Mental Health Day, we want to remind you that your mental health matters. Your feelings matter. And you don’t have to have it all together to be loved, valued, and supported.

At The Bridge, we believe we’re called to be a bridge connecting the hearts of people to the heart of God. That includes making room for honest conversations, extending grace, and reminding people they don’t have to walk through difficult seasons alone.

💚 Today, check on someone. Not just the person who looks like they’re struggling, but the one who always seems to have it together.

And if that person is you, consider this your reminder: You deserve the same love and care you so freely give everyone else.

Save this reminder for the days you need it, and share it with someone who needs to know they’re not alone.
