We are so excited to announce that Jason & Thais Bonilla will be joining the California/Nevada Church of God as our new Directors of Youth & Discipleship!
They come to us from citylife church in Tampa, Florida, where they have faithfully served under the leadership of Bishop Tony & Kaci Stewart.
They bring many years of ministry experience, having served in a variety of leadership roles including Executive Pastors, Campus Pastors, Family Pastors, Youth Pastors, and Children’s Pastors. Jason has also served on both the Florida and Tennessee State Youth Boards.
They will be joining us soon as they complete their current responsibilities at citylife church.
Their love for people, passion for the next generation, and heart for souls position them well to move the ministry in California/Nevada forward. We are excited for our future with this couple!

🗣️Calling all Leaders!! Whether you are a Youth Leader, Kids Leader, Young Adults Leader, Creative Leader, or even the Lead Pastor at your church, this weekend is for you!!

Join us at the Leader Connect Summit x NYLA Conference on Aug. 28-29, 2026 in Fresno, CA for a weekend of training, growth, and development! LCS x NYLA is a two-day experience geared to help resource and develope leaders for hands on ministry today.

We will have sessions by Bishop Max Reyes , the International Assistant Youth & Discipleship Director of the COG, Bishop Dewayne Moree of the World Mission Dept. & Emwrging Leaders, along with some breakouts led by other great speakers as well.

The summit costs $50/person or $75/couple which includes meals, trainings, and materials. Dorms are also availble for $15/night.
