🌅 Morning Devotional — “Surrender Your Day”
Scripture:
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3
Before you step into everything today holds, pause and give it to God.
You don't have to know how every situation will work out. You don't have to carry yesterday's disappointments into today. You don't have to have every answer before you take the next step.
Surrender the day.
Give God your plans, your relationships, your responsibilities, your worries, and even the things you don't understand. Ask Him to guide your words, your reactions, your decisions, and your heart.
Sometimes God doesn't change the circumstances immediately—He changes us in the middle of them. He gives us peace where we expected anxiety, wisdom where we felt confused, and strength where we thought we had nothing left.
Today, choose to trust Him one moment at a time.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for giving me another day. I surrender this day completely to You. Guide my thoughts, my words, my choices, and my steps. Help me not to worry about what I cannot control or try to figure out what You haven't revealed yet. Give me peace in my heart, wisdom in my decisions, and love in the way I treat others. Remind me that I am never walking through this day alone. Whatever comes, help me trust that You are already there. In Jesus' name, Amen.
