Benedict Catholic Worker is part of the Catholic Worker Movement begun on May 1, 1933 by Dorothy Day and Peter Maurin. We are a sister house of the Los Angeles Catholic Worker.

This is the seventh Sunday Fr. Michael Pfleger has been prevented from celebrating Mass with the Faith Community of St. Sabina by the Archdiocese of Chicago.
We pray, strengthen by the truth of Scripture (Romans 8:38-39) that nothing can separate us from the love of God and God’s presence among us in the beloved community.
