Today, Bishop Brennan made his annual visit to Saint Agnes Hospital to celebrate Mass and honor the nominees and recipient of the Sisters’ Legacy Award. Dr. Gurvinder Kaur, President of Saint Agnes Hospital and Bishop Brennan walked around the hospital where he got to chat with some of the dedicated staff who care for others every day. 🤍

Do you know why there are often two Deacons when Bishop Brennan celebrates Mass? While these two guys like to do everything together, there’s actually a beautiful reason for having two Deacons: one serves as the Deacon of the Word, proclaiming the Gospel and the other serves as the Deacon of the Altar assisting the celebrant with the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
