Our mission is to equip churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and Kingdom leaders with the systems, structure, strategy, and leadership development necessary to fulfill their God-given assignment.

Through coaching, consulting, training, leadership development, and apostolic equipping, ASCN is committed to helping leaders build healthy ministries that produce lasting Kingdom impact.

We believe that strong vision requires strong systems, and healthy ministries are built through intentional leadership development and organizational excellence.

Happy Birthday to the greatest dad in the world! 🎉🎂

What can I say about this man? Some say that James Brown was the hardest-working man, but I think my dad has him beat. Many people consider Tom Brady, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, LeBron James, and Tiger Woods to be the GOATs of their respective fields, but for me, my dad is the true GOAT—the Greatest of All Time.

Thank you for your strength, your wisdom, your sacrifices, and the example you’ve set throughout my life. The impact you’ve had on me is greater than words can express. I love you very much, Dad, and I’m grateful for every lesson, every laugh, and every moment we’ve shared.
