Dr. Jim Cecy, founder and president of JARON Ministries Intl., has a heart for our active military and fellow veterans.

Jim is a proud Vietnam War veteran, an experienced local church Pastor-Teacher, and a seasoned International Missionary. Following his return from Vietnam in 1971, he became a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ as a Soldier of the Cross and a Minister of the Gospel.

His devotional book, ”SERVING Our Heavenly Commander,”is free to Veterans! This book contains a number of biblically-sound, story-based devotionals that celebrate God’s faithfulness for over seventy years of life and five decades of ministry. They are especially focused on encouraging those who now serve or have served in the military to develop a deeper relationship with their Heavenly Commander, Jesus Christ—the One who enlisted them to be a part of His army (cf. 2 Timothy 2:1–4).

From service as firefighter and administrative support aboard the USS KittyHawk…to a lifetime of training leaders; He still is tirelessly writing, publishing, serving and teaching.

amazing grace and plan for his life. He gave his life to Jesus Christ the day he was discharged from the US Navy and has dedicated his life serving in God’s army since that day! Jim shares…
