This week, we are celebrating and honoring our wonderful rector, Fr. Noah! Emmanuel is so deeply blessed by your leadership, wisdom, and intentional care you show to all of us!

At our Wednesday evening service, Fr. Anthony and everyone gathered to pray over Fr. Noah, followed by dinner and cupcakes! Each person shared their favorite memories and birthday wishes. ❤️🧁 ✨

Fr. Noah, we appreciate you and pray that this next year is filled with God’s continuous blessings 🙏🏻

The past two Sundays have been special reminders of God’s love for us here at Emmanuel! ❤️


🔥 On Pentecost Sunday we celebrated the confirmation of Don Young, Valeria Orozco, and Carolina Garcia. The Bishop was with us to confirm and welcome these newest members of Emmanuel!


🕊️ Our celebrations continued on Trinity Sunday with the First Communion of Angel Gomez, Stephanie Gomez, and Sebastián Altamirano Rebolledo. We also welcomed our newly licensed catechists Maria Garcia, Florence Menees, Gina Zamora, Sofia Ibanez, and Alexis Kalugin who completed the ACTs program.


📊 After the service, we held our Annual Meeting. Fr. Noah and Fr. Anthony gave an overview of the church’s current programs, ministries, and budget for the next year. Shoutout to Gina Zamora and her lovely team for providing an amazing lunch!

🗳️ Members of Emmanuel selected our new leaders to serve our community:
* Vestry: Diana Bedoian, Harlan Young, Nancy Gomez, and Irene Garcia.
* Convention Delegates: Cn. Elizabeth Conkle, Maria Garcia, Gina Zamora, Chris Whitehead, and Cathy Downing.

These past two Sundays have served as beautiful reminders that Emmanuel is a united church, just like the Trinity is united!
