Only to Christ, my soul sings hallelujah. ⛪

Today we began RESTORE: a journey back to the story, people, and convictions that shaped our Restoration Movement.
We were reminded of the men and women who helped carry that story forward, from Marshall Keeble and Fred Gray to countless others who believed the Church could be united around Jesus. No creed but Christ. Unity over division.

We introduced a new song, sang some timeless hymns, welcomed Jerry Harris, and celebrated 2 baptisms.

Different stories. Different generations. One Savior. Only to Christ.

I surrender all.
What a powerful way to end our time in Romans.
For the last three months, we’ve walked word for word through Romans—and today we reached the end of Romans 12, the end of our Summer Deep Dive, and the end of the book of Romans.
Three months of being challenged, encouraged, and reminded of what it looks like to follow Jesus.
And it all comes back to this:
I surrender all. 🤍

PEACE STARTS WITH US.

We all want peace—in our homes, our relationships, our communities, and our church. But peacemaking takes humility. It means choosing to step toward each other instead of always fighting to get our way.
This weekend, we were reminded that we’re better when we get together. One church. One family. One team. And one of the best ways to find your people is through a Group.

If you’re not connected yet, this is your next step. Find a Group, get in the game, and start doing life with people who will walk with you through it.
Because when we’re at peace with God, we can begin bringing peace to the people around us.

“If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” — Romans 12:18

Amazing Grace changes everything. ⛪️
This week in , we talked about Romans 12 and the radical way of Jesus: when the world says “eye for an eye,” Jesus says don’t repay evil with evil. Choose mercy. Love your enemies. Overcome evil with good.
And yes, “Eye for an Eye” took us straight to Nashville for a minute. 🪕

Today we were reminded that the church is at its best when we stop living for ourselves and start living in harmony with one another.

Another Sunday we'll be talking about all week.
This weekend, we were reminded that life isn't meant to be lived alone. Romans 12:15 calls us to rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn—and that's exactly what the Church gets to do.
This Sunday we...
✦ Prayed for those walking through difficult seasons.
✦ Celebrated 2 baptisms as people went public with their faith in Jesus.
✦ Were reminded that following Jesus happens best in community.
There are moments to celebrate. There are moments to grieve. And God designed His Church to be there for both.
Groups are launching soon, and there's never been a better time to find your people. We can't wait to see what God does this fall. 🤍

You've probably heard, but just in case, on Friday we’re putting on Fremont on the Frontier from 6:30–8:30 PM at Christensen Field! It’s going to be a fun evening with food trucks, inflatables, live music, and mechanical bull competitions.

One of the best ways we can make this event welcoming is by serving together and we'd love you to join us! Whether you can serve for part of the evening or the entire event, we’d love to have you on the team.

Bless those who persecute you. (Romans 12:14)
Not because it's easy.
Not because they deserve it.

Because that's what Jesus did for us.
Let's be people who choose prayer over revenge, kindness over retaliation, and faithfulness over fear.

Sunday's takeaway is simple:
🍔 Invite people over.
🤝 Get to know your neighbors.
❤️ Practice hospitality.
Jesus calls us to serve others, not just when it's convenient, but as a way of life. Don't let the pursuit of perfection keep you from opening your home and your heart.
This week, who can you invite to your table?

Church isn't just about what happens on Sunday. It's about who we're becoming Monday through Saturday.
This week in Romans 12 we were challenged to cling to what is good, love others deeply, and live with hope, patience, and faithful prayer. Let's put it into practice this week.
