We are in the final stretch of putting together our new church directory, and we want to make sure everyone is included. This directory is a wonderful way for us to stay connected, put names to faces, and celebrate the full life of our church community.

Right now, we still have a few last booking times available . If you haven’t signed up yet, this is your opportunity! It only takes a short time, and your participation helps make this directory truly complete.

Pastor Doug would love to see the finished book reflect the entire Zion Church family—every individual, every couple, every family. You are an important part of this church, and it wouldn’t be complete without you.

Holy Week Worship Schedule - All are welcome
Maundy Thursday with communion April 2 7:00 PM
Good Friday April 3 3:00 PM
Easter Breakfast April 5 7:30 AM
Worship Service with communion April 5 9:00 AM

The men's group invites you to breakfast on Easter morning April 5th from 7:30 - 8:45 AM in the church basement. Please extend an invitation to your family and friends. Everyone is welcome.
The men will be serving pancakes, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage links, fruit, pastries, milk, coffee, and juice. We are accepting a free will offering with 100% of the proceeds going to Zions Youth Group for thier trip to the National Youth Gathering in 2028.

Remember that we have a midweek lent chuch service on Wednesday at 7 pm with a soup supper starting at 6. Also, please remember to schedule your photo session for our new directory if you haven't yet.

Zion Harvest Dinner 2025 is completed. So very thankful for everyone who came to share the meal. We served 72 plates and had 16 take out boxes. Especially thankful for Chad Hartfiel , Tim Hartfiel , Terresa Lider and Blake. We couldn't have done it without you!

Hello friends and neighbors,
Below is a message from Sandy Hartfiel about the Harvest Dinner at Zion that will be held next Sunday, November 9th.
We have a schedule change that day with Sunday School starting at 9:00 am and the church service at 10:00 am. Please plan to join us. All are welcome.

For my local friends and family, we are again planning to put on a Harvest Dinner at Zion Lutheran Church, on Marsh Rd, Fremont. The date is November 9th following the church service, so we will be serving from around 11:00 AM until ??. Same menu as in the past is planned, brats, smoked sausage, baby red potatoes, carrots, cabbage and sauerkraut. Desserts are also served as shared by members of the congregation. Take out meals will be available. It is free will offering. Please join us.

VBS starts tomorrow morning at Zion. It’s going to be a wonderful week!
Thank you to all of the teachers and volunteers for teaching the children about Jesus.
We’ll have a pie and ice cream social after the church service on Sunday to celebrate the week. All are welcome.

Our youth group will be serving brats, burgers, and hot dogs at Service Motor Company in Dale on Friday, April 18 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturday, April 19 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Please come support our youth group as they fundraise for their trip to the National Youth Gathering this summer. Thank you!

The Hartfiel's will be serving the delicious Harvest Dinner after church tomorrow starting around 11. Therefore, Sunday School will be at 9 am and the church service will begin at 10 am. This is another great opportunity to invite a friend. Sandy is requesting desserts. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow for worship and fellowship. Remember to change your clocks tonight.

October 22nd we will again be serving the Harvest Dinner at Zion Lutheran Church, Marsh Road, Fremont. It is a free will offering. Same menu as in the past, Brats, Sausage, Baby Red Potatoes, Carrots, Cabbage and Sauerkraut. Plus desserts, coffee, milk and water. We plan to begin serving around 1100 until ????.
