🍩 Happy National Donut Day! 🍩

Today we celebrate more than just a delicious treat—we honor the courageous Salvation Army Donut Lassies who served soldiers on the front lines of France during World War I. In 1917, these brave women provided comfort, hope, and fresh donuts to troops far from home, lifting spirits during some of the darkest times.

More than 100 years later, their legacy of compassion and service continues through The Salvation Army’s work in communities across the nation.

As you enjoy a donut today, take a moment to remember the Donut Lassies, our veterans and our first responders.

It was a great weekend for our men as we traveled to the Black Hills in South Dakota. We shared an amazing time of fellowship, adventure, and exploring together. Most importantly, Christ was at the center of everything we did throughout the weekend. We are thankful for the memories made, the bonds strengthened, and the presence of God in every moment. Thank You, God, for such an incredible weekend!

And just like that, another school year comes to an end with the Aspire kids! ❤️
We truly love partnering with this amazing ministry and seeing the impact being made in the lives of these students each day. From laughter and learning to encouragement and friendships, it has been such a blessing to be part of their journey.

We are excited to continue throughout the summer and keep creating a safe, fun, and encouraging place for these kids to grow. ☀️🙌🏽
