We must remember that the Bible is a spiritual book and is understandable only to those who are led by God's Spirit. It is not possible for the natural man to understand it...

"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned" (1st Corinthians 2:14).

The more we become students of God’s word, the more we will have answers, and understanding to all of our situations in life.

The Word of God teaches us to trust the Lord at all times.
The Word of God should be our comfort.
The Word of God should be our shield,
The Word of God should be our code of conduct.
The Word of God should be our first resort.
The Word of God should be used daily.
The Word of God is the truth.
The Word of God is our defense. It should be on our minds, hearts, and lips.

The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. All doctrine must be based upon and be in harmony with the Word of God. The Bible is not just partially inspired; it is totally inspired. All Scripture is inspired. The Bible is also inerrant. This means that as the Holy Ghost moved on men (2 Peter 1:20-21), all of the limitations and shortcomings of the writers were overcome, and they were able to write without mistakes. The Bible can be trusted in all matters of faith.

Guess what i am preaching on Sunday??

A person’s beliefs hold the greatest potential for good or harm in life. What we believe about our salvation matters much when we consider our future destiny. We need to adjust to the truth of God’s Word. If someone says something that is wrong, and then a thousand people say that it is correct, it is still wrong.
