Repentance clears away what keeps us from fully receiving the King. It is turning from sin, turning toward Jesus, and making room for Him to reign.

When the King comes near, we prepare by repenting.

Programs and events don’t change people. The Holy Spirit does. That’s why we’re inviting our church family to become a people of prayer.

Beginning September 15th, join us for our new Monthly Prayer Gatherings, held on the third Tuesday of every month from 6:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. at the Freeport Community Center.

These gatherings will be centered on worship, prayer, seeking God’s presence, and expressing our dependence on Him as a church. These evenings are designed to be experienced by all ages and stages, for the whole family. It’s an opportunity to come together as God’s people, call on Him, and ask Him to move in our lives, our church, and our community.

If you didn’t pick up a reading plan, no worries! You can access it digitally through our app or website, or stop by the church office to grab a physical copy.

We’re SO excited to journey through the New Testament together as every age and every stage gets on the same page.

Let’s grow together, learn together, and fall more in love with God’s Word—Together in the Word.

What a special morning for our Crosspoint family!

Today, we gathered at our new Freeport campus to tour the building, pray over the ministry that will happen there, and write Scriptures on the foundation and walls. Every prayer and every verse represents our faith that God will use this place to transform lives for generations to come.

This is more than a building, it is a future house of prayer, a place where people will connect with Christ, develop in community, and deploy on mission as disciples who make disciples!

We are so grateful for all God has done, and we cannot wait to see what He does next!

Together in the Word is a church-wide discipleship journey through the New Testament designed to help every person, from kids to adults, develop a consistent rhythm of engaging God's Word and grow together in our understanding of Scripture.

More than just a Bible reading plan, Together in the Word is also a sermon series. Each Sunday, we'll preach from a passage in that week's reading, helping us connect what we're learning throughout the week with what we're experiencing in worship.

This isn't about checking off a reading plan. It's about allowing God's Word to transform us together as we follow Jesus. Will you join us?

This month, in our Elementary environment, our Crosspoint kids have been learning that God is the Creator of everyone and everything. Because He made the world and everything in it, including us, it all belongs to Him. God lovingly cares for, provides for, and protects His creation.

Our memory verse, Psalm 24:1, reminds us, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.”

We hope this truth helps your child grow in trusting God and knowing He is always in control!
