Picnic in the Park is going to happen again this summer every Wednesday at noon at Krape Park in June and July beginning on June 3. Hopefully, the shelter by the band shell will be available; but if not, we’ll find another spot. Look for the Picnic in the Park sign. If you can’t find us, contact Dianne Schrader. Bring your own lunch/beverage. Stay as long as you want, get back to work, take a walk in the Park, etc. In August and September, we will meet at the shelter at church as we have the last few years.

The June “Out to Lunch” event at Noon on Mon., June 8, will be at 9 East Coffee, 9 E. Stephenson St., Freeport. This sign-up sheet is posted so that we can have some idea of how many to expect; however, “walk-ins” are welcome. Everyone who enjoys eating out is invited! Our Noisy Offering for June will be this Sunday (June 7th). Please look for any of the loose change you may have accidentally fed to your couch or car seat and help us cover the cost to our members who serve the monthly dinner at FACC.

Our next Adopt-A-Highway cleanup will be Saturday June 6th at 8:30am. Meet in the church parking lot to carpool out to our section of Hwy 26 south of Freeport. Equipment will be provided.
