WE BELIEVE

We believe, and in fact, know that the Bible is the inspired and the only infallible and authoritative written Word of God and rule for all faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:21). We believe, and in fact, know that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Luke 3:21-22). We believe, and in fact, trust in th

e deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule a thousand years (Genesis 1:26-27; John 3:3; Revelation 20:6). We believe, and in fact, know that Christ will return soon to "catch away" (rapture) His true overcoming Church (1 Thessalonians 4). We believe, and in fact, know that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ. The regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation—a reborn heart and a new creation in Christ (Ephesians 4:24). We believe, and in fact, know that Jesus is the Baptizer in the Holy Spirit, ready, willing, and able to immerse one and all for effective service and witness (Acts 2:24). We believe, and in fact, know that Christ is Lord of the true Church. In response to His love and mercy, believers are baptized in water and celebrate the Lord’s Supper (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:26). We believe, and in fact, know of the upcoming eternal blessedness of the redeemed in heaven and the eternal doom of the unregenerate in the Lake of Fire (2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:8).
