How many times do we allow our mood, our decisions and our life to be determined by the problems that are happening around us? Can I encourage you today that there is a better way to live your life... instead of allowing life's problems to determine your response, why not allow God's promises to dictate your response to what is going on around you? Romans 8:28 says, "All things [good or bad] work together for GOOD to those who love God and are called according to His purpose!"
Let me ask you a question... do you love God? If your answer is yes, than you are called according to His purpose. So this verse of scripture applies to YOU!!! Therefore, any problem that comes your way, God will use for your betterment!!! We just have to trust that God loves us and that God knows what He is doing. When the Bible speaks of peace, this is an example of what it is speaking of. You can rest in knowing that God has your best interest at heart, no matter what the situation around you may look like. I believe most would agree with me that this is a much better alternative than living in constant stress and anxiety?
