Week 1: Fear
Resurrection Changes What Holds Us Back
After the resurrection, the disciples were not celebrating.
They were hiding.
The doors were locked.
Fear had taken hold.
And Jesus came and stood among them.
He did not rebuke them.
He did not tell them to be stronger.
He simply said, “Peace be with you.”
Fear did not stop the resurrection.
And fear does not stop Jesus from meeting us where we are.
This Sunday we begin a three-week journey: Fear
Doubt
Confusion
And how the risen Christ meets us in each one.
Join us as we move from Easter toward Pentecost,
learning together how resurrection changes what holds us back.
