Make a list of the things that bring you joy and make you feel connected. Like calling a friend, walk in nature, taking a bath, reading a good book, watching a funny movie, or doing some stretching exercises.

Often when we move the body we feel better instantly.
Use this list when you begin to feel lonely.

Remember feelings come and go, they do not last unless you feed them with negative, false thoughts that end up making them grow bigger than needed. Feel the feeling of loneliness, ask yourself what could help you in the moment, take out your list and do one of those things. Often the feeling will pass.

Never reach back to a person who has caused you suffering, and ultimately you ended up losing yourself in the relationship.

If you connect with the "poisonous person" you may feel a very brief temporary relief, and then a deeper loneliness will set in, and you will ultimately feel very angry with yourself.

Have a go-to list when loneliness creeps in. Be prepared. ~xoxo Michelle & Barb

I would like to personally invite all who do not feel wanted, feel like God doesn't want you for whatever reason. If you have been hurt by church, I understand because I have as well. I am going to say aside a night during the week to invite you just for us as I am one of you. Alcohol problem-no judgement. Drug addiction-come on in and let us love you. No strings attached, Just come as you are be loved. To show you God says you are not what you see or what the world says. If anyone is interested let me know so I can plan. Pastor David

It wasn't that Eve ate the fruit, it wasn't even the she questioned the Word of God. The problem was that she engaged in conversation with the thief. That's where we always fail. The thought (sin) comes to mind, we don't take it captive and make it obedient to Christ, then we suffer the same fate every time. And men, don't blame women. Adam was responsible. Where was he? God gave him the commandment. Did he teach Eve exactly what God said? Are you leading your spouse and children in HIS ways. Back to engaging in conversation and believing the lie. We have been through " Crash the chatterbox" with my church again on Sunday and and Wednesday night. If you don't attend a church because someone has offended you, then you are letting what they did or said, then you are letting what they did define who you are. Come learn how to defeat this and learn who the only one that matters say who you really are.
