We welcome questions and commentary, including constructive feedback. But we do expect that participants post content and commentary that is both relevant and respectful to this community as a whole as it is a public and family friendly forum. FCOB reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to our guidelines and to block anyone who violates them repeatedly. Specific examples of these kinds of posts are as follows:

• Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or attacking others
• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence
• Hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
• Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion
• Violations of any intellectual property rights
• Spamming in nature
• Uploading files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers

We welcome private messages to help clarify and answer questions in more detail that you might have about FCOB and our ministries or to notify us about outside information that might be relevant to our FCOB community. Reposting publically, however, will be up to the discretion of FCOB.

This morning, we celebrated Back to School Sunday by surrounding our children, youth, teachers, and school staff in prayer as they begin a new school year.

We are especially thankful for the reminder that God is faithful, His goodness is constant, and He is at work among us. We are grateful for where He has brought us and excited for all that is ahead! We’re thankful for all God has done here and confident that His work will continue wherever He leads!

How great is our God!!!

Looking for a preschool where your child will be known, loved, and encouraged every step of the way? The Church of the Brethren Learning Center (COBLC) still has a limited number of openings for the 2026–2027 school year, but spots are filling quickly!

Our classrooms provide a safe, academically challenging, Christ-centered environment where children grow intellectually, socially, physically, and spiritually through hands-on learning, caring teachers, and meaningful relationships.

• 2's (MWF & TTH)
• 3's (TTH)
• 4's (MWF)
• K-Prep is currently waitlisted

Please note that the FCOB church building and offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

We pray that you have a safe and joyful holiday weekend as you spend time with family and friends and give thanks for God's many blessings.

The building will reopen on Sunday for Christian Education and Worship as regularly scheduled!
