We have the best littles!! Today we learned about Jesus using one boy’s lunch of fishes and loaves to feed 5,000. There is no problem too big or too small for God. We had a great goldfish snack and made our own fishes and loaves basket 🥰

Yesterday our kiddos learned about the Woman at the Well meeting Jesus. We tried to sneak to the well to get water without getting caught and talked about how we can be so excited about Jesus that we want to tell everyone just like the Samaritan woman. In Sunday school, we learned about the prophet Malachi and are looking forward to moving into our study of the gospels next week! It’s such a beautiful thing to see our youth students pour into our littles to learn and worship together 🥰🥰

We had such a great morning with our kids yesterday! In children’s church we learned about the book of James and how to make our actions line up with our faith. We got some great practice by showing love to Elephant and Bear! In Sunday School, we learned about the prophet Zechariah and being cleaned from our sin. For some extra pizazz, Alex helped us make facial hair out of Play-doh 🤪🥸

Today in children’s church, we studied the conversation between Nicodemus and Jesus. We played a born again relay to act out the confusion Nicodemus had about being born again. Jesus tells him we don’t have to be reborn as a baby, but rather with water and the Holy Spirit 😊 we used a balloon to better understand the presence of the Holy Spirit even though we can’t see it, and we built towers with strong foundations to remind us that when God is our foundation, our life is so much better. Next time you see these kiddos, ask them questions about these stories! They love to learn and tell!

Today in Children’s Church we learned about Jesus calling disciples and how we can be a window to share God’s light with others. In Sunday school, we learned about Hosea and Gomer and we are reminded again that God persistently loves us and showers us with grace, even though we don’t deserve it.

This morning in Sunday School we learned about Daniel and the Lion’s Den. In Children’s church we studied Paul’s words in Philippians 3-7:14. Our Christian walk is a journey and we keep pressing forward in our faith walk, not looking back

Today in Children’s church we learned all about God’s kindness from the example King David set with Mephiboshet. In Sunday school, Miss Caitlin taught our kiddos about Daniel. Next week we get to learn about the lions den!!

Today was our last day for our Road Trip VBS! God is with us near and far! We are so thankful for our time together learning and worshipping this week. Thank you to all of our helpers and everyone who shared their babies with us this week ❤️❤️ highlights from today included near and far tag, eating spare tires and fruit cars, building boats to travel around and spread God’s word, and decorating bandanas.
